SOP 4 · Module 3, From lead to booked
From lead to booked
What this is for
The moment a form comes in, a text goes out with the calendar link. No human in between. Speed is the whole game. Five minutes later is too late.
The patient taps the link, picks a time, and pays the deposit on the same screen. That is the whole booking. There is no separate checkout page.
Three things to set up
1. Stripe
In GoHighLevel: Payments, then Stripe, then Connect. Log in to Stripe, approve, done. Use one Stripe account for everything. Do not create a second one.
2. The deposit inside the calendar
Calendar settings, then payments on, then the amount (your deposit from SOP 2), then Stripe as the processor. The booking page should now ask for a card.
3. The texts
The first text (the second the form comes in):
Hi [First name], it's [Clinic] about your [couples heart scan]. Pick your time and hold your spots here: [Booking link]
If they have not booked in 1 hour:
[First name], your spots are still open. Grab a time here: [Booking link]
Next day:
Quick reminder from [Clinic]: your [couples heart scan] link is still good. [Booking link]
Day 3, the last one:
Last note from us, [First name]. If you still want your [couples heart scan], here's the link: [Booking link]
Then stop. Every text is short and has the link. Do not explain. Do not sell. Just the link.
The exact workflow clicks (trigger: form submitted; actions: the four texts with waits between them) are in the module 3.3 and 3.4 videos. If the snapshot's message wording differs from the above, the snapshot wins.
Done when
A test lead from your own phone gets the first text within a minute, and the booking page asks for a card.
