SOP 7 · Modules 5 and 6
The patient visit
What this is for
Every couple gets the same visit, in the same order. The order matters. The consult comes before the scan, because that is when the upgrade conversation happens.
The flow
| Step | Who | About how long | What happens |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1. Arrival | Front desk | 5 min | Greet them by name. You already know who they are from the pipeline. Photo ID, one short intake form. Mark them "showed" in the pipeline right now, not at the end of the day. |
| 2. The consult | Wellness consultant | 15 to 20 min | Both of them, door closed. The short slide deck (SOP 8). The package gets named, with the price, before they ask. |
| 3. The scan | Tech | About 15 min each | Clothes on. No needles, no contrast. Lie still. Done. |
| 4. Checkout | Front desk | 5 min | Deposit credited, balance collected. If they said yes to the package, schedule it now while they are standing there. Tell them when results arrive. |
The three rules
- Mark "showed" at arrival. That is what fires the review request later. If you forget, nothing else works.
- The consult is never skipped. If the consultant is out, the front desk wears the hat. Block the fifteen minutes.
- Results go out when you said they would. If the offer says "next day," it is next day.
Done when
One couple has gone through all four steps and shows as "showed" in the pipeline.
